Visited in early May for 3 nights before moving onto the sister hotel in Akrotiri. From the moment we left our transport, we were made to feel wanted and special by some of the best people working in the hospitality sector. Nothing was too much trouble and Georgia and her team were a credit to the Santorini Princess. Whilst I have gushed about the service, the hotel, amenities and food also matched up to our expectations of a small Greek boutique hotel. Excellent and will come back in the future. Nick & Annie

What an experience! This hotel’s service is unbelievable - they are friendly, helpful, and attentive. You can watch the sunsets right from the comfort of your balcony. The pool is heated which was great in May. All of their recommendations for activities and restaurants were excellent. Their car service is readily available to bring you anywhere you’d like on the island. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Every 5 star review of the Santorini Princess is spot on. This place was amazing. The staff is beyond compare . Don't think Georgia ever takes a day off. Fairly certain these are some of the nicest and hardest working people on the planet. From the drivers , restaurant personnel , Reception, bell boys, housekeeping etc....Absolutely Wonderful ! Hotel is quiet and the view is amazing. Could not have asked for a better experience !

We are an active 60+ couple who travel extensively. We are on a trip visiting multiple Greek Islands and Santorini is expensive!! After extensive research, my partner found The Santorini Princess. We wondered about the location (between Imerovigli and Oia) but it was perfect!!! It’s about a 20 minute walk to Imerovigli on a nice path and about 1hr 45 min to Oia (a bit more challenging but very doable if you do any walking/hiking). You can walk the path all the way to Fira if you want. It’s an extremely beautiful walk!! We walked to Fira and caught the bus to Oia, then walked from Oia back to the hotel. The bus system is a bit of a challenge on Santorini (crowded, often standing room only and often difficult to find the bus stop but inexpensive). Taxis are very expensive! The Santorini Princess has a stunning location on the caldera. Our room had a spectacular view from our balcony! It is a clean property with an incredibly friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast with far less crowds. Peaceful, quiet and wonderful! I can’t say enough!!!!

The staff at this hotel were really wonderful and did everything they could to make our short stay a memorable one. We arrived early the first day and were welcomed warmly and offered breakfast at no extra charge, before we set out on a catamaran trip. The people working at the restaurant were pleasant and helpful, and the views extraordinary. When we returned to the hotel in the afternoon, we were delighted by an unexpected upgrade to the honeymoon suite with its own jacuzzi overlooking the caldera. We were offered complementary drinks and cake delivered to our room. Having traveled overnight to get to Santorini, we couldn’t have hoped for better treatment and a more relaxing experience.

The Santorini treats you like a princess!!! They are always there to meet your needs and sometimes before you have a need! The view is absolutely amazing! Our first night, we ate in their wonderful restaurant and caught this amazing sunset! It is fun to walk into Imerovigli from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Santorini! I hope I can convey how wonderful this hotel is. The views of the caldera are unmatched, our room with its balcony and its breathtaking views was beautiful and comfortable, the staff was absolutely amazing in how attentive, professional and personable they were and the food in their restaurant was delicious and it also had stunning views. This boutique hotel located right on the edge of the caldera is beautiful but the staff added equally to the fantastic experience we had at this hotel. It was their pleasure to do whatever they could to make our vacation the best experience. Our flight went out very early the morning we left and they arranged a wonderful breakfast to be delivered to our room that morning before we left. A beautiful hotel matters but all the little details add up to an exceptional experience. Special thank-you to Georgia. You made such a difference. We have stayed at many five-star accommodations over the years but the Santorini Princess Hotel is a special one we will always remember.
